I understand that life happens and plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Any deposit paid at the time of booking will also be forfeited and is non-transferable. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total, and any deposit paid will also be forfeited.
